零散的学校咨询记录可能会掩盖案例史、干扰后续跟进，并削弱与家庭的沟通。本研究开发并进行了形成性评估的SiKS，是一个基于网络的综合学生咨询信息系统，该系统通过基于角色的访问权限和自动WhatsApp通知将咨询活动连接起来。 通过与印度尼西亚某职业高中负责学生事务的副校长及一名学校辅导员进行访谈，并辅以对现有工作流程的分析，收集了系统需求。 该原型采用瀑布模型、Laravel和MySQL开发，将预约请求、日程安排、咨询记录、后续行动、家长通知、报告及通知日志等环节，在六个用户角色之间进行了关联。 评估包括基于需求提炼的50个黑盒测试场景，以及在引导式演示后由20名代表不同角色的受试者进行的用户验收测试。三位评审员对包含15个项目的评估量表进行了评审，总分225分中获得211分（93.78%）。 执行的所有50个功能场景均产生了预期输出。用户验收总分为1,336分（满分1,500分，占89.07%），各项目得分范围在82%至96%之间。 界面吸引力、学校适用性、菜单易用性以及基于角色的访问控制下的保密性感知获得了最高评分；报告清晰度、打印与下载功能以及通知服务则获得了相对较低的评分。本研究提出了一种情境特定设计，将案例连续性、差异化访问权限和事件触发的沟通整合于单一咨询工作流之中。 研究结果表明，在测试条件下系统功能符合规范，且用户初步评价积极。由于采用开发者主导的测试模式、单一学校环境以及受指导的使用方式，因此对系统独立使用、持续采用、隐私保护及咨询效果的推论存在局限性。

This study was conducted as an undergraduate software development and formative usability project at SMKN 2 Guguak with formal authorization from the school and the Principal's approval. The study involved no clinical or therapeutic intervention, used trial data only, and did not access or process real student counseling records or identifiable sensitive case information.

Participation was voluntary, and all participants were informed of the purpose and procedures of the evaluation before taking part. The school-based evaluation was conducted with written authorization from SMKN 2 Guguak and approval from the Principal. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant. For student participants who were minors, written parental or guardian consent was obtained, along with the students’ voluntary agreement to participate. The evaluation used trial data only and did not involve real counseling records or identifiable sensitive case information. All names, telephone numbers, addresses, and other personal details shown in the manuscript figures are fictitious.
