Submission and peer review for articles are free . Upon acceptance, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies:
- IDR 150,000 (approx. USD 10) for Indonesian authors.
- No APC for international authors.
Remittance fees and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the author.
The APC has no impact on editorial decision-making. All submissions are evaluated strictly based on scientific merit and their contribution to the field, irrespective of the author's ability to pay. Authors who are unable to cover the APC may apply for a waiver. Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to authors based in low-income countries, classified by the World Bank, or those facing financial constraints.
By collecting the APC, we are able to make articles freely accessible to the public under an open-access license, ensuring the widest dissemination of research. The APC supports essential publishing activities such as DOI registration, editorial processes, production, online hosting, and archiving, ensuring the journal’s sustainability.
Waiver Application Procedure
To apply for an APC waiver, authors must:
- Submit a waiver request via email.
- Provide documentation of financial constraints, such as a letter from the author’s institution or university confirming financial difficulty or an official statement supporting the waiver request.
All waiver applications will be carefully considered, and a decision will be communicated within 2-3 weeks after submission.
