The editorial decisions are based on suitability for the journal scope, impact and overall quality of the manuscript.
Authors are encouraged to review and follow to the author's guidelines carefully.
Manuscripts that do not meet the author's guidelines will be returned or rejected without review.
Only manuscripts that follow the journal's formatting guidelines will be processed.
