초록
학술 지도교수의 효율적인 배정은 고등교육 분야에서 매우 중요하면서도 어려운 과정으로, 전문성의 불일치와 업무량 분배의 불균형으로 인해 종종 차질을 빚곤 합니다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 C4.5 의사결정 트리 알고리즘을 활용한 웹 기반 추천 시스템을 소개합니다. 이 시스템은 지도교수의 전문성, 업무량, 학생의 연구 주제와 일치 여부를 평가하여 데이터 기반의 정확한 추천을 생성합니다. 이 시스템은 확장성과 모듈성을 중시하며, Laravel 프레임워크를 사용하여 워터폴 개발 모델을 따르며 개발되었습니다. 기능 테스트 결과, 추천 정확도는 96.7%로 나타났으며, 사용성 테스트에서는 사용 편의성과 관련성 부문에서 평균 92%의 점수를 기록하며 높은 사용자 만족도를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 지도교수 배정을 최적화하고, 행정 효율성을 높이며, 교육 기관에 확장 가능한 솔루션을 제공하는 데 있어 본 시스템의 효과성을 입증한다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 데이터 소스와 AI 기반 기능을 더욱 통합하여, 변화하는 학술적 요구에 대한 적응력과 대응력을 향상시킬 예정이다.
