摘要
基于网络的学生违规积分信息系统(SIMPONIS)的开发旨在提高拉纳佩西西尔第一国立中学(SMA Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir)记录和监控学生违规行为的效率与透明度。该系统旨在取代此前易出现错误、数据重复及违规处理延迟的手动方法。 通过SIMPONIS,辅导员可以实时记录和监控学生的违纪积分,并向学生和家长提供准确的报告。该系统集成了“预警功能”,当学生的违纪积分达到临界阈值时,系统会向用户发出警报,以便及时采取纠正措施。 该系统采用“黑盒测试法”进行了测试,确保所有功能均按预期运行。测试结果表明,SIMPONIS 为管理学生违规数据提供了有效的解决方案,增强了家长对子女行为的监督参与度,并简化了指导顾问的行政工作。因此,该系统有望在其他教育机构中得到更广泛的推广应用。
