초록
웹 기반 학생 위반 점수 정보 시스템(SIMPONIS)은 SMA Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir에서 학생 위반 사항의 기록 및 모니터링 효율성과 투명성을 높이기 위해 개발되었습니다. 이 시스템은 오류, 데이터 중복 및 위반 처리 지연이 잦았던 기존의 수기 방식을 대체하기 위해 설계되었습니다. SIMPONIS를 통해 지도 상담교사는 학생 위반 점수를 실시간으로 기록 및 모니터링하고, 학생과 학부모에게 정확한 보고서를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 시스템에는 학생의 위반 점수가 임계치에 도달하면 사용자에게 경고를 보내는 ‘조기 경보 기능’이 통합되어 있어, 신속한 시정 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이 시스템은 블랙박스 방식을 통해 테스트되었으며, 모든 기능이 예상대로 작동함을 확인했습니다. 테스트 결과에 따르면, SIMPONIS는 학생 위반 데이터 관리를 위한 효과적인 솔루션을 제공하며, 학부모의 자녀 모니터링 참여를 높이고, 지도 상담사의 행정 업무를 간소화합니다. 따라서 이 시스템은 다른 교육 기관에서도 더 광범위하게 도입될 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다.
