초록
본 연구는 직업 교육 분야의 기초 전자공학 교육을 위한 대화형 멀티미디어 학습 애플리케이션의 설계, 개발 및 실증적 평가 결과를 제시한다. 수동적인 학습, 제한된 개념 이해, 낮은 학습자 참여도 등 지속적으로 제기되는 문제들을 해결하기 위해, 본 연구는 4D(정의, 설계, 개발, 보급) 개발 모델을 활용하여 Adobe Animate에서 디지털 학습 환경을 구축하였다. 이 애플리케이션은 개념적 변화와 능동적 학습을 지원하기 위해 역동적인 애니메이션, 벡터 기반 시각화, 설명 텍스트 및 내장된 상호작용형 평가를 통합하고 있다. 콘텐츠 및 미디어의 타당성은 해당 분야 전문가와 교육 미디어 전문가들의 평가를 통해 검증되었으며, 사용 편의성과 실용성은 오디오-비디오 공학 프로그램에 재학 중인 10학년 학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 테스트를 통해 검토되었다. 연구 결과, 콘텐츠 정확도, 교육학적 적합성, 인터페이스 사용 편의성이 높은 수준으로 나타났습니다. 실용성 평가 결과에서는 학습자들의 높은 수용도, 직관적인 탐색 기능, 그리고 수업 현장에서의 지속적인 참여도가 확인되었습니다. 관찰 및 설문조사 데이터를 통해 학생들의 학습 동기와 참여 행동에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 드러났습니다. 본 연구는 역량 기반 기술 교육을 위한 대화형 멀티미디어의 교육적 가치에 대한 실증적 근거를 제시하며, 직업 교육 환경에 디지털 학습 매체를 통합하기 위한 재현 가능한 개발 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 기술 중심 직업 교육의 학습 질을 향상하고자 하는 교육자, 교육과정 설계자 및 정책 입안자들에게 실용적·이론적 시사점을 제공한다.
