초록

본 연구는 고등교육 기관에 재학 중인 청년층을 대상으로 맞춤형으로 개발된 안드로이드 기반 개인 재무 관리 애플리케이션의 설계, 개발 및 평가에 대해 상세히 다룹니다. 이 애플리케이션은 제한된 경험과 소득 변동과 같은 청년층 특유의 재정적 어려움을 해결하기 위해 소득 추적, 지출 모니터링, 예산 편성 및 재정 목표 설정과 같은 기능을 포함하고 있습니다. 워터폴(Waterfall) 모델을 사용하여 개발된 이 애플리케이션은 안전한 로그인 시스템, 직관적인 거래 관리, 사용자 정의 가능한 목표, 예산 예측 및 재정적 절제를 장려하기 위한 자동 알림 기능을 포함하고 있다. 50명의 사용자를 대상으로 5점 리커트 척도를 활용한 사용성 평가 결과, 전체 만족도 점수는 4.6/5로 ‘우수’ 등급을 받았다. 사용자들은 직관적인 디자인, 정확한 추적 기능, 동기 부여 알림을 높이 평가하는 한편, 향후 업데이트를 위해 추가적인 맞춤 설정 기능과 심층적인 재정 분석 기능을 제안했다. 본 연구는 재정적 소양과 회복탄력성을 함양하기 위한 맞춤형 디지털 도구의 잠재력을 입증하며, 개인화된 기술이 청년층의 재정적 행동을 크게 개선할 수 있다는 증거를 제시합니다. 향후 연구에서는 애플리케이션의 효과를 더욱 극대화하기 위해 향상된 맞춤 설정 기능과 AI 기반 기능을 탐구할 예정입니다.
