Abstrak
Internet of Things (IoT) telah mengubah sistem keamanan rumah dengan memungkinkan sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian jarak jauh yang otomatis. Penelitian ini memaparkan prototipe pagar pintar berbasis IoT yang memanfaatkan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 dan aplikasi Blynk untuk menyediakan pengoperasian gerbang jarak jauh yang aman dan efisien. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuka, menutup, dan mengunci gerbang dari jarak jauh melalui perangkat seluler, sehingga mengatasi keterbatasan metode manual tradisional. Komponen inti meliputi sensor ultrasonik untuk deteksi rintangan secara real-time, relai, dan motor, yang semuanya terintegrasi ke dalam kerangka kerja perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang tangguh. Pengujian menunjukkan respons sistem yang konsisten dalam waktu dua detik di bawah kondisi jaringan yang stabil, dengan deteksi rintangan yang akurat memastikan zona aman tetap terjaga. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan stabilitas jaringan, sistem ini praktis, ramah pengguna, dan dapat diskalakan untuk aplikasi keamanan perumahan. Peningkatan di masa depan dapat mencakup opsi konektivitas ganda untuk meningkatkan ketahanan jaringan serta kalibrasi sensor yang lebih canggih guna meningkatkan keandalan di berbagai lingkungan. Prototipe yang hemat biaya ini menunjukkan potensi signifikan untuk aplikasi keamanan rumah pintar modern dan kemajuan di masa depan.
