This statement explains what information is processed through the journal website and OJS platform, why it is needed, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and how users may raise a privacy request. Processing is intended to follow applicable data-protection requirements, including Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection .

Sagamedia Teknologi Nusantara is responsible for the administration, continuity, controlled access, and data stewardship of the J-HyTEL publication platform. Independent editors remain responsible for scholarly assessment and editorial decisions.

Personal data are not sold. Limited disclosure may occur only where necessary for journal operations, scholarly publication, security, legal compliance, or a legitimate ethics process.

Editors, editorial staff, production personnel, reviewers, or administrators may receive access according to their assigned role and only to the extent needed for that role.

Hosting, email, DOI-registration, preservation, analytics, payment, or technical-service providers may process limited information needed to provide their service and are expected to apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

Published Scholarly Record Article metadata, author attribution, licences, notices, and other published records may be retained indefinitely to preserve citation, provenance, and publication history.

Peer-Review and Editorial Records Core submission, review, conflict, revision, correspondence, and decision records are retained for at least five years after the final editorial decision, subject to legal and ethical requirements.

User Accounts Account information may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter when required for publication history, role records, security, or legal obligations.
