Abstrak
Inovasi dalam teknologi ritel terus berkembang, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman berbelanja, terutama bagi pelanggan dengan keterbatasan fisik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada desain dan implementasi sistem kereta belanja otomatis berbasis Arduino, yang dikendalikan melalui Bluetooth menggunakan smartphone. Sistem ini menggunakan modul Bluetooth HC-05 untuk komunikasi nirkabel, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mendeteksi rintangan, dan penggerak motor untuk memastikan pergerakan keranjang yang lancar. Aplikasi pengontrolnya dikembangkan menggunakan MIT App Inventor, yang menawarkan fitur navigasi seperti belok ke depan, ke belakang, ke kiri, dan ke kanan. Sensor ultrasonik berfungsi sebagai mekanisme keamanan, mendeteksi rintangan dalam jarak 15 cm dan memberikan peringatan melalui bunyi bip untuk mencegah tabrakan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan responsivitas yang tinggi dan kontrol yang stabil pada jarak hingga 10 meter. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kereta belanja otomatis secara signifikan meningkatkan kenyamanan dan aksesibilitas, terutama bagi pelanggan dengan keterbatasan fisik, sekaligus memastikan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih aman dan efisien di supermarket. Inovasi ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi operasional di sektor ritel.
