Article Processing Charge

Submission and peer review for articles are free Free icon. An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only upon manuscript acceptance, with a fixed rate of IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 10) for every accepted article.

Remittance fees and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the author.

The APC has no impact on editorial decision-making. All submissions are evaluated strictly on scientific merit and contribution to the field, regardless of the author's ability to pay. Authors who are unable to cover the APC may apply for a waiver. Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to authors from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, or to those facing financial constraints.

By collecting APCs, we can make articles freely accessible to the public under an open-access license, ensuring the widest dissemination of research. The APC supports essential publishing activities, including DOI registration, editorial processes, production, online hosting, and archiving, ensuring the journal’s sustainability.

Waiver Application Procedure

To apply for an APC waiver, authors must:

  1. Submit a waiver request via email.
  2. Provide documentation of financial constraints, such as a letter from the author's institution or university confirming financial difficulty or an official statement supporting the waiver request.

All waiver applications will be carefully considered, and a decision will be communicated within 2-3 weeks after submission.
