Abstrak
Kupon kertas yang digunakan untuk distribusi daging qurban (kurban dalam Islam) rentan terhadap kehilangan, kerusakan fisik, pemalsuan, dan penukaran berulang. Di Surau Kumango Pasa Gadang di Padang, Sumatera Barat, proses tahun 2025 melibatkan 448 kupon, 56 peserta, delapan ekor hewan, dan 20 anggota panitia. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengevaluasi fungsi SiKurban, sebuah aplikasi web yang menggantikan verifikasi berbasis kertas dengan kode QR sekali pakai dan pencegahan klaim ganda secara real-time. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti model Waterfall menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL. Nilai token awal dihasilkan dengan Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) menggunakan parameter Numerical Recipes (a = 1.664.525; c = 1.013.904.223; m = 2³²), diperiksa keunikannya dalam basis data, dan ditandatangani dengan HMAC-SHA256. Selama pemindaian, aplikasi memverifikasi token dan statusnya, kemudian mencatat catatan distribusi, log pemindaian, dan transisi yang tidak dapat dibatalkan ke status “telah digunakan” dalam satu transaksi basis data yang terkunci. Pengujian black-box yang dilakukan oleh pengembang pada 1 Juli 2026 mencakup 33 skenario (28 skenario positif dan lima skenario negatif atau kasus tepi). Semua skenario menghasilkan keluaran yang ditentukan, termasuk penolakan terhadap kode yang digunakan kembali dan kode yang tidak terdaftar. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan kesesuaian fungsional yang diverifikasi oleh pengembang dari prototipe satu lokasi ini di bawah kondisi pengujian yang ditentukan; temuan tersebut tidak membuktikan validasi independen atau efektivitas di lapangan. 13 persyaratan non-fungsional, kegunaan, penerimaan pengguna, ketahanan keamanan, skalabilitas, biaya, dan kinerja dalam kondisi konektivitas yang tidak stabil masih harus dievaluasi oleh anggota komite atau penguji independen selama distribusi langsung atau distribusi dengan tingkat ketelitian tinggi.
