Resumen

Los riesgos de incendio son un peligro inherente a cualquier edificio, por lo que resulta esencial comprender el uso adecuado de los extintores para responder de forma eficaz, evitar la propagación del fuego y minimizar los daños materiales y las víctimas. Sin embargo, las instrucciones actuales sobre el uso de los extintores suelen ser insuficientes, ya que se basan en explicaciones verbales o imágenes estáticas que resultan difíciles de visualizar. La falta de formación práctica, debido a la escasez de instalaciones, también da lugar a una experiencia insuficiente por parte de los usuarios. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar medios educativos interactivos basados en la Realidad Aumentada (RA) para mejorar la comprensión de los usuarios en la formación sobre el uso de extintores en incendios leves y mejorar la preparación ante emergencias. El desarrollo sigue el método del Ciclo de Vida del Desarrollo Multimedia (MDLC), que consta de seis etapas: concepto, diseño, recopilación de material, montaje, pruebas y distribución. Los resultados indican que el medio educativo es altamente válido y práctico. Su validez se ve respaldada por la presentación visual, el contenido educativo y la interactividad, mientras que su carácter práctico queda demostrado a través de la facilidad de uso, la eficiencia en el tiempo, la participación y los beneficios generales. Este medio educativo basado en RA ofrece una solución innovadora para mejorar los conocimientos sobre seguridad contra incendios y facilitar el aprendizaje interactivo, especialmente en la Universitas Negeri Padang y en la comunidad en general.
