Publisher, Ownership & Management
The Journal of Hypermedia & Technology-Enhanced Learning publishes clear information about its legal publisher, ownership, operational management, digital infrastructure, and editorial decision-making authority.
Clear Separation of Institutional and Editorial Authority
Sagamedia Teknologi Nusantara holds the journal's legal publishing and ownership responsibility and provides the organisational, legal, financial, and technical framework required to operate J-HyTEL. Manuscript evaluation and final editorial decisions remain under the independent authority of authorised, non-conflicted editors. The Editorial Board provides policy, disciplinary, and ethical oversight but does not collectively determine every individual manuscript decision.

Editorial Independence
The publisher supports journal operations but does not control the scholarly outcome of individual submissions. Screening, reviewer appointment, revision requirements, acceptance, rejection, correction, expression of concern, and retraction decisions are made through the journal's independent editorial and ethical procedures by authorised, non-conflicted editors.
Detailed financial separation, publisher boundaries, conflicted-submission handling, and complaint safeguards are stated in the journal's Financial Support & Editorial Independence policy.
