Understanding the Status

What Is SINTA?

SINTA, the Science and Technology Index, is Indonesia’s national research-information platform. In the journal-accreditation context, SINTA 4 denotes Rank 4 national accreditation administered through the ARJUNA accreditation process; it is not a commercial citation-index quartile.

National accreditation recognises compliance with established scholarly publishing standards. It is separate from commercial indexing, abstracting, discovery, and citation services.

Continuing Development

A Commitment Beyond Accreditation

SINTA 4 accreditation is an important institutional milestone, but it does not replace the journal's continuing responsibilities for rigorous peer review, publication ethics, transparent editorial governance, digital preservation, and reliable scholarly metadata.
