摘要

本研究旨在探讨职业高中(SMK)奖学金获得者遴选过程中的问题。主要挑战在于奖学金名额有限,因此必须进行谨慎的遴选。 本研究的目标是采用简单加性加权法(SAW)作为解决方案,以提升选拔流程的结构、效率和客观性。SAW方法作为主要方法,涉及确定标准、分配偏好权重以及对备选方案进行排序等步骤。 研究数据选自希利兰·古曼蒂第一职业高中(SMK N 1 Hiliran Gumanti)的五名奖学金候选人样本,评选标准分为收益和成本两部分。奖学金遴选结果表明,SAW方法成功地根据预先设定的标准生成排名。本研究凸显了SAW方法在为奖学金候选人提供客观排名方面的有效性。 最终结果可帮助选拔团队确定最合适的奖学金获得者。SAW方法的实施有望在该职业学校建立一个更加规范、高效的选拔体系,为经济困难学生提供更多接受教育的机会。
