摘要

职业中学需要能够将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)概念与工业自动化设备上的安全、可重复实践相结合的教学材料。 本研究针对基于松下PLC、使用FPWIN Pro 7编程的“拾放训练套件”,开发并评估了一个基于问题的学习(PBL)作业单模块。研究采用了四维(4D)模型中的“定义”、“设计”和“开发”三个阶段。 五份作业单由一名学科专家和一名教学媒体专家进行了评估,随后由一名职业教师和十名就读于印度尼西亚帕当市UNP机器人技术发展职业学校(SMK Pembangunan Teknologi Robotik UNP)11年级工业自动化专业的学生进行了试用。 内容有效性和媒体有效性得分分别为 89.58% 和 93.75%,综合有效性得分为 91.67%(非常有效)。 使用后的实用性评分方面,教师评分为93.8%,学生评分为95.0%;参与者加权后的使用后平均分为94.9%(非常实用)。 开放式反馈突显了带注释的FPWIN Pro 7屏幕截图、问题情境及安全指南的实用性,同时也指出需要提供采用颜色编码的接线图。 这些研究结果提供了初步证据,表明该模块在当地环境中具有有效性和可用性。由于本研究未评估学习效果,也未设置对照组,因此需要进一步开展多中心、基于结果的评估。
