초록
분산된 학교 상담 기록은 사례 이력을 불분명하게 만들고, 후속 조치를 방해하며, 가족과의 소통을 약화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 역할 기반 접근 권한과 자동화된 WhatsApp 알림을 통해 상담 활동을 연계하는 통합형 웹 기반 학생 상담 정보 시스템인 SiKS를 개발하고 형성적 평가를 실시했다. 인도네시아의 한 직업 고등학교에서 학생 담당 교감과 학교 상담사와의 인터뷰를 통해 요구 사항을 도출하였으며, 기존 업무 흐름 분석을 통해 이를 보완하였다. 워터폴 모델, Laravel 및 MySQL을 사용하여 개발된 이 프로토타입은 6가지 사용자 역할 전반에 걸쳐 상담 예약 요청, 일정 관리, 상담 기록, 후속 조치, 학부모 소집, 보고 및 알림 로그를 연계합니다. 평가 과정에는 요구사항에서 도출된 50개의 블랙박스 시나리오와, 안내에 따른 시연 후 각 역할을 대표하는 20명의 응답자를 대상으로 한 사용자 수용도 테스트가 포함되었다. 3명의 검증자가 15개 항목으로 구성된 평가 도구를 검토한 결과, 총 225점 중 211점(93.78%)을 부여했다. 실행된 50개의 기능 시나리오 모두 예상된 결과를 산출했다. 사용자 수용도 점수는 총 1,500점 만점에 1,336점(89.07%)을 기록했으며, 항목별 점수는 82%에서 96% 사이였다. 인터페이스의 매력도, 학교 사용 적합성, 메뉴 접근성, 그리고 역할 기반 접근 방식 하에서의 기밀성 인식은 가장 높은 평가를 받았으며, 보고서 명확성, 인쇄 및 다운로드, 알림 서비스는 비교적 낮은 평가를 받았습니다. 본 연구는 단일 상담 워크플로우 내에서 사례 연속성, 차별화된 접근, 이벤트 기반 커뮤니케이션을 연계하는 상황 맞춤형 설계를 제시합니다. 이 연구 결과는 테스트 조건 하에서 기능적 적합성을 입증하며, 사용자들의 초기 인식도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 개발자 주도 테스트, 단일 학교 환경, 그리고 안내에 따른 사용이라는 점으로 인해 독립적인 사용, 지속적인 도입, 개인정보 보호 및 상담 결과에 대한 추론은 제한적이다.

This study was conducted as an undergraduate software development and formative usability project at SMKN 2 Guguak with formal authorization from the school and the Principal's approval. The study involved no clinical or therapeutic intervention, used trial data only, and did not access or process real student counseling records or identifiable sensitive case information.

Participation was voluntary, and all participants were informed of the purpose and procedures of the evaluation before taking part. The school-based evaluation was conducted with written authorization from SMKN 2 Guguak and approval from the Principal. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant. For student participants who were minors, written parental or guardian consent was obtained, along with the students’ voluntary agreement to participate. The evaluation used trial data only and did not involve real counseling records or identifiable sensitive case information. All names, telephone numbers, addresses, and other personal details shown in the manuscript figures are fictitious.
