초록
본 연구는 나이지리아 남서부 사범대학의 경영교육 전공 예비교사들을 대상으로 디지털 역량과 정보통신기술(ICT) 도입에 대한 태도 간의 관계를 조사하였다. ICT의 교육 현장 도입은 예비교사들의 역량과 성향에 달려 있으나, 자원이 부족한 환경에서의 경영교육 분야에서 이러한 개념들 간의 연관성을 정량적으로 분석한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 기술 수용 모델과 사회인지 이론을 바탕으로 상관관계 조사 설계를 채택하였다. 149명의 예비 교사 표본이 디지털 역량, ICT 도입에 대한 태도 및 ICT에 대한 일반적 태도를 측정하는 구조화된 설문지를 작성하였으며, 크론바흐 알파 계수는 각각 .84, .80, .85였다. 데이터는 기술통계, 피어슨 상관계수 및 다중 선형 회귀 분석을 통해 분석되었다. 응답자들은 중간 수준의 역량과 다소 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 디지털 역량은 ICT 도입에 대한 태도 및 ICT에 대한 일반적 태도와 유의미하고 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였으며, 두 태도 측면 간에는 강한 연관성이 나타났다. 역량과 일반적인 태도는 도입에 대한 태도의 분산 중 36.1%를 공동으로 설명했으나, 태도를 통제했을 때 역량은 더 이상 독립적인 예측 변수가 되지 않았다. 본 연구는 역량 그 자체보다는 태도적 성향이 도입과 더 밀접한 상관관계가 있다고 결론지었으며, 교사 양성 과정에서 역량 함양과 태도 형성을 병행할 것을 권고했다.
