초록
본 연구는 SMKN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti의 10학년 TAV 학생들의 학습 성과에 대한 전공 분야 및 학습 환경의 기여도를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 서술적 상관관계 분석이며, 모집단은 49명의 학생이고, 단순 무작위 표본 추출법을 통해 무작위로 선정된 33명의 10학년 TAV 학생을 표본으로 삼았다. 학습 성과 데이터는 ‘전자공학 기초’ 과목 담당 교사로부터 입수하였으며, 전공 분야 및 학습 환경에 대한 데이터는 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증된 리커트 척도를 활용한 설문지를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 수행되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면 학습 태도(X1)는 학습 성과에 15.9% 기여하는 반면, 학습 환경(X2)은 15.3% 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 학습 태도(X1)와 학습 환경(X2)은 합쳐서 학생의 학습 성과(Y)에 21.3%를 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 높은 수준의 학습 태도와 유익한 학습 환경이 더 나은 학생 학습 성과와 관련이 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 학생들의 학습 성과를 향상시키기 위해 학습 태도를 강화하고 유익한 학습 환경을 조성하기 위한 노력의 중요성을 강조한다.
