License Update: Transition to CC BY 4.0

我们很高兴地宣布，《超媒体与技术增强学习杂志》（J-HyTEL）所发表文章的许可政策有一项重要更新。

• 从第3卷第1期（2025年）起，本刊所有文章将根据 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)。本次更新将适用于第3卷第1期（2025年）及之后发表的所有文章。

• 发表于 Vol. 1 No. 1 (2023) to Vol. 2 No. 3 (2024) will remain under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA).

Under the new CC BY 4.0 license, readers are free to:

• Share：允许以任何媒介或格式复制和再分发该材料，用于任何目的，包括商业用途。
• Adapt：出于任何目的（包括商业目的），均可对相关材料进行再创作、改编和扩展利用。

只要您遵守许可条款，许可方不得撤销这些权利。

• Attribution：您必须对原始作者和J-HyTEL给予适当的署名。这包括提供许可协议的链接，并说明是否进行了任何修改。您可以采用任何合理的方式进行，但 不得以任何可能暗示许可方认可您或您使用行为的方式进行 of the material.

• No Additional Restrictions：不得采用任何法律条款或技术措施，以法律手段限制他人实施本许可所允许的任何行为。

This move is intended to provide greater flexibility for both 作者和读者. The CC BY 4.0 license 既能促进知识的更广泛传播，又能鼓励合作，并支持创新，同时 allowing commercial use under the condition of proper attribution.

• 作者专区：如果您已通过J-HyTEL发表过文章，则无需采取任何行动。在 CC BY-SA 将继续遵循该许可协议。但是，来自 Vol. 3 No. 1 (2025) 此后将以新名称出版 CC BY 4.0 license.
