Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash untuk meningkatkan pengajaran Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Kesadaran Lingkungan Kerja (K3LH) dalam kurikulum Elektronika Dasar di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan yang dipandu oleh model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate) untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran multimedia yang tervalidasi dan selaras dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selama tahap Define, penilaian kebutuhan dan analisis peserta didik menunjukkan rendahnya keterlibatan siswa serta kesulitan konseptual terkait topik keselamatan elektronika, yang menekankan perlunya inovasi pengajaran berbasis teknologi. Media yang dirancang mengintegrasikan teks, visual, animasi, audio, dan penilaian interaktif untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri dan berpusat pada siswa. Validasi oleh para ahli yang melibatkan pakar materi dan media menghasilkan skor validitas yang tinggi, yaitu 94,7% dan 94,8%, yang menunjukkan keselarasan kurikulum yang kuat, kejelasan konseptual, pengorganisasian antarmuka, dan kualitas bahasa. Pengujian lapangan dengan siswa Teknik Elektronika Kelas 10 menghasilkan skor kepraktisan sebesar 85,1%, yang menegaskan bahwa media tersebut mudah dioperasikan, relevan secara pedagogis, menarik secara visual, dan efektif dalam mendukung pemahaman serta partisipasi. Hasil-hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash tetap sangat fungsional untuk lingkungan kelas kejuruan, terutama di tempat-tempat dengan infrastruktur teknologi yang terbatas. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan dapat berfungsi sebagai alat pengajaran yang andal untuk memperkuat motivasi siswa, meningkatkan pemahaman konsep K3LH, dan memperkaya pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam pendidikan kejuruan elektronika. Penelitian lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk memperluas implementasi di berbagai konteks sekolah serta memigrasikan produk ke platform digital modern guna meningkatkan skalabilitas dan aksesibilitas.
