초록
본 연구는 기술 교육 분야에서 학생 팀 성취 분할(STAD) 협동 학습 모델이 학생의 학습 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하며, 특히 SMKN 1 수테라(SMKN 1 Sutera)의 “전자 회로 응용” 과목에 초점을 맞췄다. 본 연구는 준실험 설계를 채택하여, STAD 모델을 적용한 실험군과 직접 지도를 활용한 대조군으로 구성된 두 학급을 표본으로 선정하였다. 사후 테스트 결과, 실험군은 대조군(71.43)에 비해 유의미하게 높은 평균 점수(80.00)를 기록했으며, 표준편차(9.40)가 더 낮아 학습 성과가 더 일관적임을 나타냈다. 정규성 및 동질성 검정을 통해 데이터 세트의 타당성이 확인되었으며, 가설 검정(t산출된 = 5.73, t표 = 1.679, α = 0.05)는 STAD 모델의 유의미한 효과를 입증했다. 이 연구 결과는 STAD가 협업, 포용성 및 공평한 학습을 촉진하여 이론적 지식과 실무 기술 간의 격차를 효과적으로 해소할 수 있음을 강조한다. 본 연구는 기술 교육 분야에서 협동 학습 모델 적용의 공백을 해소하며, 직업 교육 맥락에서 교수 전략을 개선하기 위한 실행 가능한 통찰력을 제시한다. 향후 연구에서는 STAD가 기술 적용, 학생 동기 부여 및 지식 유지에 미치는 장기적 효과를 탐구하여, 교육 분야의 혁신적인 교수법 접근 방식에 대한 폭넓은 논의에 기여해야 할 것이다.
