초록
세계화 시대에 PT. XYZ는 현재의 수기 기록 절차를 현대화하기 위해 식물 종자 수출입을 위한 라이선스 시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요함을 인식하고 있습니다. 기존의 수기 시스템은 효과성과 효율성이 낮고, 허가 신청 시 대기 줄이 발생하며, 반복적인 검증 절차가 수반되고, 허가 신청 현황 모니터링이 어렵고, 신청자와 공무원 간의 잠재적 부정행위가 발생할 수 있으며, 허가 신청 결과에 대한 보고가 부정확하고, 과도한 종이 사용으로 인한 부정적인 환경적 영향을 초래합니다. 본 연구는 허가 서비스의 속도, 정확성, 투명성 및 책임성을 향상시키기 위해 ‘식물 종자 수출입 허가 서비스 정보 시스템(SIMPEL)’을 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다. 개발 방법으로는 워터폴(Waterfall) 방식을 채택하였으며, PHP 프로그래밍 언어, 프론트엔드 프레임워크로 Vue.js, 백엔드로 Laravel, 데이터베이스로 PostgreSQL을 사용하였다. 이 시스템 개발의 중요성은 협력 기업들이 운영 효율성을 개선하고 최적의 허가 서비스를 제공해야 할 시급성에 있다. SIMPEL은 기업이나 신청자가 온라인으로 허가 신청서를 제출할 수 있도록 돕는 동시에, 담당 공무원이 최적의 허가 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 지원하는 웹 기반 솔루션으로 설계되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 시대의 요구에 부응하고, 협력사가 운영 활동에 디지털 기술을 도입하여 발전할 수 있도록 지원하는 정보 기술 솔루션을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.
