초록
직업고등학교에서는 프로그래머블 로직 컨트롤러(PLC) 개념을 산업 자동화 장비에 대한 안전하고 반복 가능한 실습과 연계하는 교육 자료가 필요합니다. 본 연구는 FPWIN Pro 7로 프로그래밍된 파나소닉 PLC 기반 ‘픽 앤 플레이스 트레이너 키트(Pick and Place Trainer Kit)’를 위한 문제 기반 학습(PBL) 작업지 모듈을 개발하고 평가하였다. 본 연구에서는 4D(Four-D) 모델의 정의(Define), 설계(Design), 개발(Develop) 단계를 활용하였다. 5개의 작업지는 1명의 주제 전문가와 1명의 교육 매체 전문가에 의해 평가된 후, 인도네시아 파당 소재 SMK Pembangunan Teknologi Robotik UNP의 직업 교육 교사 1명과 11학년 산업 자동화 학생 10명이 시범 운영에 참여했다. 내용 타당도 점수와 매체 타당도 점수는 각각 89.58%와 93.75%였으며, 종합 타당도 점수는 91.67%(매우 타당)로 나타났습니다. 사용 후 실용성 점수는 교사가 93.8%, 학생들이 95.0%를 부여했으며, 참가자 가중치를 적용한 사용 후 평균은 94.9%(매우 실용적)였습니다. 자유 서술형 응답에서는 주석이 달린 FPWIN Pro 7 스크린샷, 문제 시나리오 및 안전 지침의 유용성이 강조된 한편, 색상 코드 방식의 배선도가 필요하다는 점도 지적되었다. 이러한 결과는 해당 모듈이 이 지역 환경에서 타당하고 사용 가능하다는 예비적 근거를 제공합니다. 본 연구는 학습 효과를 평가하지 않았고 대조군을 포함하지 않았으므로, 향후 다기관 및 결과 기반 평가가 필요합니다.
