Abstrak
Penelitian ini memperkenalkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk koperasi simpan pinjam, yang mengintegrasikan gerbang pembayaran untuk memperlancar transaksi keuangan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi waterfall, aplikasi ini memungkinkan anggota untuk menyetor tabungan, mengajukan pinjaman, dan melakukan pembayaran cicilan secara online. Fitur utamanya meliputi pelaporan keuangan otomatis, pemrosesan transaksi yang aman, serta aksesibilitas bagi pengelola koperasi dan anggotanya. Pengujian black-box telah memvalidasi bahwa sistem ini memenuhi semua persyaratan fungsional, sehingga menjamin operasi yang andal dan aman. Aplikasi ini mengurangi beban kerja operasional, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan mendukung transparansi keuangan secara real-time dengan mengotomatiskan tugas-tugas administratif serta menawarkan berbagai opsi pembayaran—seperti transfer bank dan dompet digital. Solusi ini menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan untuk mentransformasi manajemen keuangan koperasi dengan menyediakan platform yang dapat diskalakan, ramah pengguna, dan aman, yang meningkatkan layanan bagi anggota serta mendorong keberlanjutan operasional.
