초록

소매 기술의 혁신은 특히 신체적 제약이 있는 고객의 쇼핑 경험을 향상시키기 위해 지속적으로 발전하고 있습니다. 본 연구는 스마트폰을 통해 블루투스로 제어되는 아두이노 기반의 자동 쇼핑 카트 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 초점을 맞춥니다. 이 시스템은 무선 통신을 위해 블루투스 HC-05 모듈을, 장애물 감지를 위해 초음파 HC-SR04 센서를, 그리고 카트의 원활한 이동을 보장하기 위해 모터 드라이버를 활용합니다. 제어 애플리케이션은 MIT App Inventor를 사용하여 개발되었으며, 전진, 후진, 좌회전, 우회전과 같은 이동 기능을 제공합니다. 초음파 센서는 안전 장치 역할을 하여 15cm 이내의 장애물을 감지하고, 충돌을 방지하기 위해 부저를 통해 경고를 제공합니다. 테스트 결과, 최대 10미터 거리에서도 높은 반응성과 안정적인 제어 성능을 보여주었습니다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면, 이 자동 쇼핑 카트는 특히 신체적 제약이 있는 고객들에게 편의성과 접근성을 크게 향상시키는 동시에, 슈퍼마켓에서 더 안전하고 효율적인 쇼핑 경험을 보장합니다. 이러한 혁신은 소매 부문의 접근성 향상과 운영 효율성 증진에 크게 기여합니다.
