Journal of Community Service & Empowerment (J-CoSE) provides immediate open access to published articles (FREE of charge and FREE of any permission barrier). Articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA) license.

This means that anyone is free to read, download, print, copy, search, crawl for indexing, link to the full text, transform, pass as data into the software, or redistribute articles for any lawful purpose in any medium, without requiring prior permission from either the author(s) or J-CoSE, provided they give appropriate attribution outside of the academic context, where citations are used, we recommend the TASL method: the title of the article, its author(s), a link to the article on the J-CoSE website, and a link to the license. to the original author(s) and J-CoSE, link to the license, indicate if changes were made, and redistribute any derivative work under the same license.

Copyright on articles is retained by the respective author(s), without restrictions.
